Do Succorfish offer a change of ownership policy?
To initiate a change of device ownership, the new owner must request that the previous owner contacts Succorfish directly to confirm the sale of the vessel. This procedure is necessary due to contractual differences between owners and ensures that historical data is correctly attributed, in compliance with GDPR and data protection regulations. Please note that an administrative charge will apply, and an airtime renewal will also be required to complete the transfer. Be advised that any existing warranty will be void, as warranties are non-transferable between owners.
