I have a beach launched vessel, or am a seasonal fisher – do I have to transmit I-VMS data at all times when my vessel is not in use?

The forthcoming legal requirement will require you to transmit I-VMS data when the vessel is in use and in operation in English waters. You do not have to report when the vessel is moored or brought ashore and not in use.
