What is included in the grant?

In line with assurances given to fishers, MMO confirms it will cover costs of up to £1,050 to support fishers secure a suitable I-VMS device, meaning fishers can reclaim the costs of purchase and installation.

Packages for the purchase and installation of a device are available from both suppliers. You should start researching which will best suit your vessel and needs. 

Suppliers of a type approved device can advise you on the options for your vessel type.
