- Succorfish Ltd guarantees products of its manufacture and, bearing its name or logo and serial number identification, to be free from defects in workmanship or materials when used in accordance with Succorfish Ltd’s terms & conditions, instructions (ie properly maintained and not misused).
- Succorfish Ltd’s obligation under this warranty is limited to repairing or replacing (at Succorfish Ltd’s sole discretion) a defective Succorfish Ltd product. Succorfish Ltd assumes no liability for consequential or contingent damage of any kind.
- Succorfish Ltd assumes no liability for lost work, business, revenue, profits, materials or other claims of any kind. The no liability extends to missing reports, messages or commands caused by failure.
- This Succorfish Ltd warranty expires for each specific Succorfish Ltd product after your specific warranty period has ended, to the first and original purchaser. Evidence must be presented of the product being within its warranty period prior to any repair or replacement being undertaken.
- Any claim under this warranty must be filed with Succorfish Ltd (email enquiries@succorfish.com) stating the IMEI number on the device. A warranty reference number (RMA) will be issued and this must be marked on the product when returning the subject product to Succorfish Ltd (reference point 11 for transportation costs) within 28 calendar days from the date of cause of claim discovery, or from the date of expiration, whichever first occurs. The customer must also provide proof of delivery in the form of receipt and/or courier tracking information.
- Succorfish Ltd reserves the right to disclaim any warranty claim that is not in full compliance with the conditions and qualifications for such claim under this warranty. Succorfish Ltd will guarantee to inspect and action the warranty claim within 28 working days and will communicate the result to the email address of the original claim.
- This Succorfish Ltd warranty does not apply to any result of; normal use and wear; misuse; negligent use; abrasion; corrosion; accident; improper assembly or installation; product rebuilding by any party not authorised by Succorfish Ltd; or other product tampering.
- A standard commercial component used in or with a Succorfish Ltd product but not manufactured by Succorfish Ltd, hereby is expressly excluded from this warranty and is covered under the original manufacturer’s warranty, if any.
- Succorfish Ltd assumes no liability for consequential or contingent damage of any kind including but not limited to; loss of business; loss of production; loss of reputation; loss related to defective materials or workmanship; delay in manufacture, repair or replacement; or otherwise related to a Succorfish Ltd product.
- Damages for breach of warranty are limited to the purchase price of the product.
- Succorfish devices must maintain regular connectivity to both the cellular network and Succorfish servers. This connectivity is critical for receiving firmware updates, network updates, and ensuring proper device functionality. Failure to maintain regular connectivity may result in the device operating outside of recommended specifications. As such, devices that do not regularly connect to the cellular network and Succorfish servers will void their warranty.
- The cost for the return of the device under warranty to Succorfish Ltd for inspection is to be paid by the sender/customer.
- All warranty claims must be returned to Succorfish Ltd within 28 days of the warranty claim being made. After 28 days, the warranty will be invalidated. Succorfish Ltd will guarantee to inspect, repair or replace the product within 28 days of receiving the product.
- On inspection of a returned device by Succorfish Ltd through the warranty testing procedure, if the alleged faulty device is proved to be fully operational and not faulty, the purchaser will be charged an inspection fee of £50.00+VAT. The purchaser will also be charged the cost for return.
- Succorfish Ltd is not responsible for labour or material charges arising from removal or replacement of parts guaranteed by this warranty.
- This warranty is expressly in lieu of any and all other warranty, guarantee, obligation or liability, expressed or implied. Every statutory or implied warranty, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a purpose, hereby is expressly disclaimed and rejected.
